Full and partial bathroom renovation — tile, fixtures, vanities, surrounds and finish work. The kind of job where the difference between a good contractor and a bad one shows up two years later.
Interior Painting
Whole-house and single-room interior painting. Prep, patching, trim and cut-in done properly, because paint is the part everybody sees and the part that shows shortcuts fastest.
Trim & Finish Work
Baseboards, casing, crown, doors and general finish carpentry — on its own, or as the last ten percent of a bigger job.

An Honest Scope, In Writing, Before Anything Starts.
The reason renovation jobs go bad is almost never the tile. It's the scope — what was assumed, what wasn't said, and what turns into a change order in week three.
Manuel walks the space with you, tells you what he'd do and what he wouldn't, and puts it in writing with a fixed price before any work begins. If something genuinely unexpected turns up behind a wall, you hear about it that day, with options and a number, not at the end.
SEASONALITY
We Work Outside in Summer and Inside in Winter.
Roof rejuvenation needs a dry surface and mild weather, so that side of the business runs roughly April through November on Long Island. Interior renovation doesn't care what the weather is doing.
That's not a gap in the schedule — it's how the company is built. If you're thinking about a kitchen or a bathroom, the winter months are when General Line Services has the most room for it.
